By-Laws Committee

Purpose: To meet annually to discuss the by-laws adhered to be the MiGCSA as well as any need for amendments, additions or deletions of by-law policy, and to report to the board of directors with any information pertinent policy making decisions regarding the MiGCSA chapter by-laws.

Meeting Schedule: Once annually, at the pleasure of the chair
