OSHA reminds employers to post injury/illness summaries.
Between Feb. 1 and April 30 each year, most employers must post a summary (OSHA Form 300A) of the total number of job-related injuries and illnesses that occurred during the previous year. To help calculate incidence rates, the annual average number of employees and total hours worked during the calendar year is also required. A list of exempt industries is posted on the OSHA Web site, and forms are available on the OSHA record keeping Web page.
