Nominating Committee
Purpose: The Board of Directors shall annually appoint a Nominating Committee, which shall consist of five voting members of this Association. The Nominating Committee shall be made up of the Immediate Past-President and 4 Non-Board members; one from each local District. Local Districts may submit to the Nominating Committee the name of one or more of its members who shall also be a member of this Association or any member of this Association for consideration by the Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee may also consider other Association members qualified to hold office.
