Shanty Creek Resorts is a year round vacation destination that consists of (4) 18 hole golf courses and (2) ski hills. A fifth golf course is slated to be added by Spring of 21'.
This posting is for an ambitious individual that will oversee all aspects of one 18 hole golf course in the summer and also be a part of the Ski Management team in the winter. Not to discourage experienced candidates, however this position is perfect for an individual that maybe looking for their first Superintendents role. Our main expectation for the successful candidate is the individual has the motivation within themselves that would lend into moving up the management hierarchy at SCR. A passion for the game of golf should be a given and a strong desire to learn the Ski industry would be a plus.
Oversee all aspects of an 18 hole golf course utilizing a magnitude of talents and the desire to move upward in the company. Be able to fit in with the existing staff and culture that is based upon utilizing science and experience to provide the best customer service and playing conditions possible to our guests.
